Original PTR Terms Of Service

By signing up and actively using the Original PTR program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Original PTR may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with Original PTR . If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Original PTR program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Original PTR account.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Original PTR account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Original PTR be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Original PTR . You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Original PTR . You agree that there is no mail limit. If you want to receive less mail uncheck some keywords.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Original PTR , your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and Original PTR are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Original PTR . You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Original PTR . You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
Original PTR will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Original PTR program, even if Original PTR has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Original PTR aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Original PTR . Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the Original PTR program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by Original PTR. Original PTR will pay affiliates when their balance reaches 0.50$. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payouts button will be open from 25-30 of every month. You must be at least 14 days a member of OriginalPTR to request pauout. Payments will be made within 7 business days and within 15 business days at summer months (June 20-August 31) or a reasonable time after. All payouts have no fees except E-gold payouts (15% fee). However payment processors (Paypal, E-gold, Moneybookers and Stormpay) heve their own fees each other. You can request payout from Original PTR everytime you reach 0.50$ one time per month, from 25-30 of every month.

Searches:
You agree that you will not click search mails or search paid to click links if you are not from a search country. Search countries are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States. Your account will be immediatelly terminated if you break this term.

Cheat Links:
Original PTR will send to you often cheat links and will have a cheat link in paid to clicks sections.
If you click a cheat link you will be fined with 0.20$. If you click 3 cheat links in a timeframe of 3 months your account will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited. If you click a cheat link by mistake you have the chance to submit a ticket and explain us what happened. Your ticket must be submited within 1 hour after you click a cheat link otherwise we will not refund the fine. If you achieve to send us the ticket within 1 hour the fine of 0.20$ will be refunded BUT the cheat link will count in your sum of all cheat links within 3 months.

Proxy members:
All members who use proxy and signup OR login at OriginalPTR will be immediatelly deleted. We don't accept Proxy users.

Selling your account:
It's forbidden to sell your Original PTR account without prior permission from us. If you do this without prior permission your account will be terminated immediatelly and all your earnings will be forfeited.

Upgraded Members:
All upgraded members of Original PTR will have free advertising. You agree that will never sell your free advertising. If you do this your account will be terminated and all your earnings will be forfeited.

Advertising Terms:
Original PTR have the right to reject ads from:
*Sites for Drug Companies, or that advertise drugs.
*Sites that advertise or promote gambling.
*Sites that promote any kind of hate.
*Sites that promote violence of any kind.
*Sites that promote Hacking, questionable or illegal activity.
*Sites that are not paying their members and scam sites.
Moreover your Search paid mails description it must not be intecive or begging. If you submit intecive or begging description we will replace it with a common statement.
If your advertising site is "down" and not accesible when we advertise it we will not refund you. If it is our fault submit a ticket and request re-advertising explaining us why. You agree to fill a preferred username when requesting advertising if you are not a member of Original PTR. If you lost/forget it you can't track your add. The information of tracking your ads will be sent after your ad start running. If you are a member of Original PTRyou can track your ads at your account ad stats.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with Original PTR and may result in legal prosecution. Original PTR strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Original PTR may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Original PTR will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
